My approach is reflective and collaborative.

I strive to assist my clients in

achieving a balance between

acceptance and change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work and have experience working in out-patient and hospital settings with a variety of populations.

I specialize in working with gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non-binary folks and their allies.

My clinical experience includes working with LGBTQ+ and TGNC folks at the LGBT Center in Manhattan navigating substance use. During this time, my clinical approach became firmly rooted in Harm Reduction principles.

I often work with folks with histories of physical, sexual, and relational trauma. I use a compassionate and direct style while emphasizing the mind-body connection.
